You’ve placed your order – how exciting! But now what? Rest assured our superstar team of packers are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for them to lovingly pack your order, before they hand it over to Australia Post who take it the rest of the way. Tracking your order

Want to know exactly where your parcel is, and when you’ll receive it? Once your order has left our warehouse and begun its journey to you, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. We recommend downloading the AusPost app and connecting your email address to easily track and manage your delivery from the palm of your hand. It’s simple and easy to set-up and will provide real-time information. Available to download from the App Store and Google Play.

More ways to collect your order

We’ve partnered with Australia Post to get your orders to you safely, discreetly, and quickly.  If you know you’re going to be out and don’t want to miss out on your new toys, why not have your parcel delivered to a secure Australia Post Parcel Locker that you can access on demand.

Australia Post Parcel Lockers are free, provide 24/7 access using a secure code sent through the app, and are perfect for small to medium parcels. Available at 300+ locations Australia-wide, to set up, simply download the AusPost app and follow the prompts to set up.

Want to collect from your local post office, or have a larger package to collect? The AusPost app makes it easy to select your designated Parcel Collect location. It’s free, perfect for small to large parcels and available at 3,600+ locations. Once you’ve been notified via by Australia Post that your package is ready to collect, simply bring your ID and collect during business hours.

Authority to Leave

Once your order is placed and sent to Australia Post, a signature will be required on delivery. If you choose to authorise 'Authority to Leave' (ATL) you can do so via the AusPost app. This authorises the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Please note, AdultShop and Australia Post is not responsible for any parcels that go missing after delivery if ATL has been granted. To download the app visit the App Store or Google Play.

Sustainability & Packaging

At AdultShop we’re committed to doing our bit to help the environment. While we can’t prevent how companies send their products to us, we can ensure that the packaging and delivery methods have minimal impact.   

We ditched single-use plastics and over-the-top packaging to get your items to you in a simple, plain and sturdy cardboard box that can easily be recycled or reused. We’ve partnered with Australia Post who are working towards net zero targets, committed to carbon offset deliveries, investing in more sustainable delivery methods like electric delivery fleets, facilitating a circular economy, and ensuring a transparent and traceable supply chain. 

Our minimal impact packing and delivery remains discreet and inconspicuous, so you can feel confident that nosy neighbours will be none the wiser. No external branding, logos, or mention of ‘AdultShop’. All the fun remains on the inside, we promise.

International orders

We’re so flattered you want us to join you in your bedroom (or bathroom), but unfortunately shipping is only available within Australia.

Click and collect

Though we currently do not offer Click and Collect, we’re working on new and exciting delivery options to get your purchase to you sooner (we’re not here to delay the fun!). If you can’t wait or wish to see the product in person, feel free to check if a product is in stock by contacting your nearest AdultShop.

Lost or damaged orders

Oh shoot! We’re so sorry to hear your order has been lost or damaged in transit. Once we’ve dispatched an order from our warehouse to Australia Post and it’s out of our hands, AdultShop can't be held liable for lost or stolen parcels and missing contents, nor can be re-direct your parcel, but we’re happy to assist in delivery questions you may have. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you directly or point you in the right direction. We recommend following your delivery via the AusPost app or having it safely delivered to a free Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect location, if you know you won't be home to receive it. You can choose to re-direct your order to a safe location via the AusPost app as well.
