Help Desk - Uncollected Deliveries
If the recipient of your order is not at the stated delivery address at the time of delivery, don't worry, Australia Post will leave a forwarding card and hold the package at the nearest post office for collection. If the order is not collected from the post office within 10 business days, Australia Post will return your order back to our warehouse at our expense, charging us for the return postage.
Similarly, if you refuse delivery of your order and have it returned to sender because you are wanting a refund, Australia Post will charge us for the return postage.
As these circumstances are out of our control, any costs incurred by AdultShop will be deducted from your refund. Additional freight costs will also be incurred if you would like your order reshipped.
Please refer to the table below for associated costs if you did not collect your order and it has been returned to us.
